The Anezina Villas really does deserve a higher rating than it has.The accommodation is superb considering its rating, typically basic Greece but a very big cut above most, the rooms are spotlessly clean, with some of the comfiest beds we have experienced anywhere, I believe they were replaced for the start of this season, bedding and towels changed regularly and the maid was in cleaning everyday even down to the shelf in the bathroom, wonderful girl, the kitchen equipment is adequate though it even has a toaster, the only extra thing needed was a small saucepan if you wanted to boil an egg to save the scarce water by having to use the big one.The sun beds round a lovely pool were the best yet. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone there and the whole ambiance of the place was fantastic, all in all one of the best places we have stayed at in many years of roaming round the Greek islands.Perissa is ideal for anyone with mobility problems as the whole area is flat.I would certainly recommend The Anezina to anyone who wants a relaxing friendly holiday close to the beach, with plenty of places to eat and of course the must have bakery’s.A big thanks to all of you including Jan and Jo from Olympic.

We stayed for 2 weeks in June 2015 and could not have wished for anything better for our honeymoon. Everything about Anezina’s is excellent, the family who own and run it cannot do enough for you and always make you feel welcome and the whole place is kept immaculately clean. The rooms are either studios or 1 bedroom apartments round the pool – we had room 11, 1 bedroom apartment at the far end of the pool which was everything we had hoped for and more. Location-wise: everything is on the flat and it’s not far to the beach or the main street, small mini-market opposite which is well stocked and a bakery a couple of minutes away; lots of lovely little walks and some more energetic ones! Good choice of restaurants and all reasonably priced. The Mythos (on tap) and Santorini white and rose wine at the apartments is outstanding! Cannot praise this place enough and will be spending many more happy years here.

Spent a week here with Olympic Holidays and what a little paradise. Warm, friendly staff and warm weather to boot. Very small complex attracting people that want a quiet time made for a throughly relaxing holiday. Walking distance from the Main Street with plenty of food choice and mini mart just ten steps away means that everything you need is on the doorstep. Lovely pool area too with a nice bar. Didn’t want to leave and will certainly be back! Jan the Olympic Rep did her job with such enthusiasm, brilliant local knowledge, nice and chatty, probably the best holiday rep ever. A credit to her company. Throughly recommend this accommodation.

Just had 3 weeks here, and couldn’t have made a better choice. Went with Olympic and everything went like clockwork. Good swimming pool and bar. Our room was spacious and reasonably well equipped. It’s less than 5mins to the beach and there are more tavernas than enough, we never had a bad meal anywhere. Dorians is the place for a few quiet drinks and very reasonable price wise. The only let down was the airport on the return home, it’s quite small so gets packed I suggest you do as the reps advise and dump your cases and go to the taverna across the road. But all in all a brilliant holiday.

Spent a week here and it was fab. Family run apartments and really well looked after. We were out and about all day, but it was good to come back here. Room was massive, as we had a four berth apartment for the two of us. Pool was frequently used by partner. I was too busy running up big hills and being awestruck by the lava deposits in that geeky way you do ????
-
Spotless clean, ideally located & the friendliest of families. My room was serviced every day, had everything you could need, a very reasonably priced bar & the pool was crystal clear.A friendly mini market right opposite, a 24 hour bakery 2 minutes, bus stops & the beach about 5 minutes away.

All that you would expect from a local Greek Family. Clean, friendly and it made the holiday for us. Handy for all places to eat, the beach and transport. If you want Greek stay here. Family run and owned and nothing is too much trouble.

Self catering in the Greek Islands is always basic and accepted, years of these holidays we are used to hard beds, poor kitchen facilities and wet bathrooms. anezina is a complete change! The welcome was efficient and friendly, and the apartment a wonderful surprise, 2 of us, we have spacious living area, full size fridge, kettle and toaster. Comfortable divan beds with stylish soft head boards, 2 wardrobes, a bathroom each, excellent showers, quality furniture and lots of storage space.Maid everyday, clean linen and towels. We were beside the pool and gardens, great outside space. Our own seating and sunbed.Lovely bar and good food, great location. Anezina and her husband very friendly. We had only 2 problems, leaking toilet cistern and a loose electric socket in the kitchen, both were fixed as soon as we mentioned to Marcos in the bar with no problems.A decent hairdryer too!Pool area clean and comfortable sun loungers. We cannot fault a thing! Can’t wait to return.

Just arrived home from the most fabulous last min week to Anazina Villas. We chose here over a few others in Perissa based on the location and previous reviews and could not have been more thrilled with our choice!Arriving on a fairly late flight it was dark when we arrived and we had been up since the early hours that morning – all the tiredness paled into insignificance as soon as we were shown to our room (number 6) which was just lovely. Big and nicely decorated with French doors out to the biggest balcony. In the light of day we were more thrilled with the views and 14 hours of sunshine we had each day on the balcony 🙂 The villas themselves were lovely and clean with the most comfortable beds we have ever experienced even in expensive hotels in Greece which added further to an overall fabulous experience. The location is just perfect being lovely and quiet but just 5 mins from the beach and many little bars and restaurant’s and also having a very handy shop opposite and bakery a few yards down the road. The bus stops are close – albeit an experience if you are unfamiliar with Greek buses but this just all ads to the charm of the place. A trip to Oia (pronounced eea) is just a must as it really is a very special place with Fira the capital being a bit busier but with oudles of charm also. Santorini has been on our list for years to visit and based on this experience we will definitely be returning. The Anezina villas represent great value for money with a great service in a fab location – what more could you want? The sun beds are a stroke of genius as they have used the old beds from the villas so they look really cute all painted white and are lovely and comfortable to lie on. The pool is lovely and at the bar you were always greeted with a smile. The only negative ( and for us it didn’t matter one little bit) is the self catering facilities are a tad poor and very limited with just two hob plates and little to no work space to prepare food – if you are looking for a real self catering experience then this probably isn’t the place for you BUT why would you need them with everything there is to offer in this place? great food, lovely local wine and a superb variety of places to eat right on your doorstep. This place gets 5* from me so thankyou Marcos and your staff for a wonderful holiday 🙂

We have just had a fantastic 2 week stay and hope to return in the future. So clean, so comfortable, so chilled, just what we needed. Thank you to all the lovely staff for making our stay so memorable

Anezina Villas are Delightful.A Small Complex of Apartments, some situated around the Pool Area. The Complex is managed by the Bailas Family who do everything possible to make sure your stay is comfortable and you leave with fond Memories.Spotlessly Cleaned everyday by the Hardworking Room Maids. Linen Changed regularly. There is a small Bar at the Pool Area where Drinks and Snacks are Served. The Apartments are simply furnished but with very corfortable Beds.Basic Kitchen equipment along with a Toaster and Kettle.Ideal for preparing Breakfast.A small Supermarket is just steps away and able to supply your every need.Do try the 24hr Bakery minutes away, the smell of the Bread and the Pastries are delicious along with their Savouries.A five minute walk will bring you to the Black Volcanic Ash Beach. The Beach Road is fronted by many Restaurants Bars and Tavernas.I have visited Anezina many times over many years and Holiday Makers return again and again. I have just returned from the Paradise Island of Santorini. I have had another wonderful holiday……All you need to do is Breathe…Enjoy.

Second visit to Anezina and was not disappointed. Can not stress enough how much we love Anezina Villas. I came here with my mum and is just perfect for us, more often than not having the pool to ourselves as there are not many rooms so it is quite intimate. What I love most about Anezina villas is it is quite private, unlike many other hotels in Santorini, you can not see us lazing around the pool if you walk by! Markos is just fantastic. Anything you need and he will accommodate and have a chat. He also had a big screen to watch the euro cup and was a great atmosphere with most people from the rooms sitting together at the bar.The drinks are great, 3.50 for a large mythos and food very well priced too. There is also the shop directly opposite to get your own bits and eat on your terrace and a 24 hour bakery 3mins walk away.I simply could not stay anywhere else in Santorini and am planning our 3rd trip back as we speak.

Booked at the last minute we were not sure what to expect but were more than pleasantly surprised by the complex and the Apartment. It was a large apartment for the two of us but could have slept 5. It is typically Greek but of a high standard and the cleaner called daily, cleaned it meticulously and changed the towels daily and bedding every other day! Beds were new and the mattresses the most comfortable we have ever had on holiday. Pool outside of the door was a real treat as it was very hot and the bar was very handy for cooling drinks. The family who run the complex were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The Olympic Rep, Ann was also really helpful and visited daily in spite of a sprained ankle she suffered just before we arrived. 10 minutes walk from the beach and a wide choice of good restaurants. Perissa is a lovely quieter resort unlike Kamari the other side of the hill but a boat taxi can take you to the more lively and crowded side if you want. Lots to do and explore and Ann also helped with car hire so we could get around the island. Will definitely visit again next year but it wont come soon enough.
-
We have stayed here about 6 times. On our second week I twisted my back and was in pain for the rest of our holiday, when we had to leave Ann our rep was a great help and at the airport Lorrainegot us through check in quickly to save me standing in the long queue we can’t thank them enough
-
Fantastic as always, the owners/staff cannot do enough. Was a little worried about the new sunbeds but they were fab. The rooms are typical of Greece but with something extra that you cannot explain. Cannot wait to return next year and every year.

We booked with Olympic holidays, who provided a first class service from start to finish. Ann – our fantastic rep met us at the airport for the transfer to resort. She was amazing and was always there for the guests. The ANEZINA Villas is a small family run complex with a mixture of one bed apartments – (mainly around the pool) and studios. The studios are located above the main bar area and in the building behind the swimming pool. The villas are clean and are presented very well. We stayed in room 6 – a studio above the bar area. There were 2 single beds (could be put together to make a double) that were very comfortable, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a fridge, table and chairs, basic kitchen with utensils and crockery and a shower room. Our balcony was huge and this also had a small table and chairs. The cleaning was excellent, with sheets/towels being changed almost daily. Air con was available at 7 euros per night and a remote control is needed to work this. (Available from reception). Wifi is available in the bar/pool area but is fairly slow. The view from our studio was spectacular. The swimming pool area has a number of beds around the pool and is very clean. The bar offers drinks and a menu of food throughout the day. If you have children, the pool is very deep and toddlers could only stand on the steps unless they are able to swim. Directly opposite ANEZINA Villas is the Mega Market and the lady who runs this is extremely helpful and really lovely. If you come out of the ANEZINA Villas and turn right and walk for about 20 metres there is a 24 hr bakery, offering croissants, cakes, bread, juices etc. The beach is about a 5 minute walk and is very clean but again quite deep, quite quickly.Everything you need is in walking distance and is very centrally located – we would highly recommend.
-
Best self catering appartment we’ve stayed in, in Greece. Spotlessly clean. Sheets changed every two days. Can’t recommend it enough for the price!Fantastic bakery with large sele tion of cakes nearby, worth a visit. Scooter and quad hire shops on way to the beavh.Beach and a myriad of restaurants nearby. We tried several but went to the Acropolis to eat most night, great food and staff.

We booked this off the back of the reviews on tripadvisor and I have to say we had a great time. The apartments were probably the best that we had been to in Greece, we had apartment 4 which overlooked the supermarket not the pool but it was not too noisy and we had our own patio area where we could sit and have a pre dinner drink etc. The family work extremely hard to ensure that you have a good time. We ate lunch at the bar a couple of times which was very nice and the Mythos is cold ! The air con was 7euros a day and definitely worth it as the nights were extremely hot and uncomfortable.Safe which is in reception and not in the room 1.50euros per day.The cleaner came in every day and changed the towels etcHairdryer in the room so no need to pack but you will need pool towels. The bakery down the road was amazing, cakes, breads, pasties and bread all freshly baked if you were on a budget you could definitely visit hereIf you are thinking of going out for the day – then the bus is very cheap and frequent … Might be worth doing some research if going to fria etc rather than the Olympic tours – just our opinion! We had a lovely boat trip to kamara – the departure point is about 10 mins walk from apartments – only cost 5 euros each way and worth it just for the 15 mins boat ride- Kamara we could take or leave ! A strip of restaurants and hotels, packed beach but the boat goes every 40 mins to Perissa and starts at 10.15

We were astounded at the size of the apartment and it was literally 5 steps to the poolside. The kitchenette is basic but it’s not expensive to eat out and with the seafront littered with restaurants, there’s plenty of choice. There is maid service daily, with clean towels, she made the beds (which were new and very comfy), tidied and cleaned as well. The villas are ideally situated as there is a small supermarket over the road and the beach is only a 5min walk away. Bus stops are also a 5min walk and at €2.40 to Fira, well worth using. They are new, clean and air conditioned. The poolside bar serves drinks and meals, normally from 9am to 11pm. They had a Greek night, on our 2nd week, with a BBQ and Greek dancers. It cost €18 p/p and was a brilliant night. There is a mountain, directly behind the villas, which you can climb. There is a, slightly, rocky, path with spilts into 2. One leads to a small church, the other goes to Ancient Thira. It’s best to do the climb early morning, when it’s cooler and make sure that you take water with you.The capital, Fira, is worth a visit as is Oia and Pyrgos. We had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend Santorini and the Anezina Villas.

I have always wanted to visit Santorini and we chose Anezina with great care. We were certainly not disappointed! We have been to some excellent self catering apartments in Greece but Anezina Villas are special. In particular, the beds are super comfortable, not only in the studio, but round the lovely pool, where there are plenty for all. The owners are very helpful and friendly and Marcos was brilliant with his power drill when we locked our keys in our suitcase! ( We had a spare lock). As many have said, there is a handy shop opposite and a 24 hour bakery just down the road. We have blamed this for our weight gain during our stay. Lots of good eateries in Perissa. Check out our reveiw for Noma Kuzina!

We have just returned from two weeks holiday at the Anezina Villas and after having stayed at many similar priced apartents in Greece were very pleasantly surprised by the lovely decor, large size of the room, extremely comfortable bed and meticulous attention to cleanliness. Our shower worked well every day, there were hangers in the large wardrobe, the free internet worked well and the air conditioning was efficient. We even had a toaster and kettle! We were in room 7 (a studio)which was on the ground floor next to reception. We had a good view of the surrounding area, the supermarket was across the street and we could chat to other guests as they passed. Considering the position, we were never bothered by noise and the apartment was almost silent (except for the noise of the fridge) when the door was shut. Our terrace had comfortable chairs, was a very good size and was in the shade after mid morning…a great place to have a glass of wine and watch the local ‘goings on’ ! Much larger apartments were available with full sized freezers and more facilities. Good sized (and delicious) snacks were served from the bar and both Nicolet and Marcos were always on hand to help with local information and serve food and drink. Fantastic cocktails were served in the daily happy hour; a good time to meet others for a chat. The pool was spotlessly clean and deep surrounded by sunbeds which were exactly that ..beds with mattresses!! Really comfortable and readily available. From the pool was a great view of the mountain behind which can be climbed to have the most amazing views of both Perissa and Kamari on the other side. We were about 10 minutes from the little train that goes along the coast, 5 minutes from the beach and even less from the many restaurants and tavernas. The only suggestion we have is for the bar to be open later so we could have a nightcap/wind down before bed. During our stay there was one ‘Greek Night’ which we missed because we were on an excursion. All in all we would highly reccomend Anezina and thank Marcos and Nicolet plus their hard working, cheerful cleaners for making our stay so enjoyable.
-
Our third visit to Anezina, first without a tour operator.Everything worked as expected and Markos appears to have everything under control. Only issue for us was that we didn’t get the apartment we had reserved. As it turned out it was probably for the best.Already reserved again for next year, what more can I say !!
-
What a great place. Booked through Olympic and was pleasantly surprised. My apartment was right next to the outside bar. Ideally situated as by the pool. The rooms were basic but very clean and very comfortable. All the staff were amazing. Marcos and nicolette give a very warm welcome and their staff are all very friendly and efficient. There is nothing about this place not to like. Ideally located too.I would definitely recommend and return.I met some lovely people there and have kept in touch and seen them since. Anezina has a great community feel about it
-
Well what can I say ,what lovely little villas Would defiantly go back to the Anezina ,Friendly ,clean and comfy rooms ,we had a apartment which was huge two bathrooms ,kitchen 2 sofa’s spotlessly cleaned daily ,towels made up differently every day, friendly honest cleaning lady who we chatted with every day .we stayed for one week along with family who had a studio room up stairs.pool was kept clean and real beds for sun loungers ,as the apartments were small family run you get to meet people round the pool and become quite chatty with them all.The Villas are in a great area next to a supermarket, the best bakery ever, bars and a short walk to a not packed beach ,buses run to Thira and a water taxi to kamira daily ,BEAUTIFUL ISLAND lovely location And these villas are ran by wonderful owners who work extremely harmed to keep the villas and grounds looking so nice .
-
We booked Anezina Villas through Olympic and to be honest the pictures didn’t do it justice. We were pleasantly surprised at how lovely it was. It’s a friendly family run place. The rooms are basic but nice and clean. The beds are so comfy the best I’ve had on a Greek island. The maid is lovely, it was our anniversary while we were there and she made the towels into swans and a heart and put flowers in them such a nice touch. The pool is so clean but quite deep, I’m 5′ 2 and the shallow end came up to my chest. The sun beds are comfy too as they are actual wooden single beds. The villa has a supermarket just on the corner and a bakery along the road. It is on a back street but close to the beach and bars and buses to Thira. I will definatly go back to the Anezina.
-
Excellent location in Perissa close to shops, beach and plenty of restaurants. There’s a small number of villas which keeps it a peaceful location. We stayed in villa 9 which was a large family apartment right onto the pool with a large terrace area. It is family run and Markos is very helpful to advise on Santorini, transport and tours. The apartment is fairly basic and the bathrooms are compact, but it is air conditioned and cleaned everyday, a very friendly environment.
-
Our fifth stay at Anezina and, as always, perfect. First time booking direct and all worked well. Transfer to and from the airport was great. Rooms cleaned every day. A few nice touches this year – dressing gowns (which are whiter than white!) and slippers. Upgraded kitchen areas and some bathroom units all finished off well. We had Room 10 (for the parents) and Room 8 for ourselves and both were up to standard. Very happy customers and already booked for next June. Big thank you to Marcos and family for making our stay as enjoyable as ever.
-
We had a great time at Anezina Villas! It’s perfectly located in Perisa and just a short walk away from the beach. The room was big (but simple), the pool area was perfect for relaxing, and last but not least the people working there were great! Markos was always there to answer our questions, help us plan our trips and figure out which buses to take.
-
Great 5-night stay at Anezina, thank you Markos & team! Impeccably clean room. Lovely pool area with bar. Friendly atmosphere. Map and info on Santorini given on arrival. Port transfers arranged with ease. Few minutes walk to Perissa beach with its black sands, and bus stop round the corner which goes directly into Fira town (main bus station for connections to Oia etc). Mini mart next door. Quiet area. Would definitely return – great value for money!

We literally booked this as a last minute get away so weren’t sure what to expect. The property is run by a family and it has a family feel which is often missing in a lot of accommodation these days. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, the added bonus for us was that they had fantastic bikes you could use for free. At this price point this is an excellent choice and we would have no hesitation in recommending to others or indeed returning ourselves
